PAY It Forward

Police and Youth (PAY) It Forward is a program designed to give youth a better understanding of police procedures, tools and operations.  The goal is to bridge the gap between youth and police.  The program is taught during the school day to select groups of students in the middle and high schools of Oklahoma City.
